Israel war

On the 7th of October Israel was hit with a brutal massacre by Hamas.  I still remember how devastated I was when I heard the news and saw the footage of some of the brutal attacks.  My heart was broken for the innocent people of Israel.  I had a lump in my throat when I saw the news of the children and babies and what they were going through.

The event had me curious.  I’ve been tracking all the events with regards to the end times and watching closely to make sure I don’t miss anything.

I’ve been asking God a lot of questions with regards to the Israel war and were given numerous scriptures.  All of them was explaining exactly what is going on in Israel at the moment.  Instead of reading it in the news, it was out of my Bible.  The first scripture I got was out of Isaiah.

I then had this strong feeling that this is not going to stay in Israel.  I started asking God where does it leave South Africa.  I got a bit discouraged as it felt like I’m not getting answers or even feeling that I might not be hearing.

Then Cyril had this public meeting where he told everyone that everyone there is pro Palestine. Even wearing the Palestinian scarf, same with some of the people standing there with him.  He is causing trouble, I still thought to myself.   Then on the morning of the 19th, there was a guy standing at one of our big intersections holding up a poster stating, “Free Palestine”.  Wondering by myself if he realizes what he is saying or if it is out of lack of knowledge with regards to what this is all about.

The week went by, and I kept on wondering about what I saw still asking God and trying to get my head around everything.  Saturday the 21st there was a message on our Traffic Group informing everyone of a peaceful demonstration happening down-town.  Thinking to myself it is very odd as our demonstrations normally fall on a weekday not on a Saturday.

Monday morning, the 23rd, a grey dove flew in front of me, and I hit it.  I was devastated.

REWIND back to more a less a month ago….

I was sitting in the kitchen when I heard a loud thud against our carport at first, I wanted to leave it but due to it being extremely quiet outside I went to investigate.  I found a grey dove lying on the floor.  It was still alive but unsure for how long.  I made some phone calls to find out what to do.    Unfortunately, the dove did not make it.

FASTFORWARD to Monday morning the 23rd…

When I hit the dove, I knew that I was being told something and I made it my mission to find out what I am supposed to know.  So, I started listening to teachings and asking God what the message is that He is giving me, what He wants to show me. Some of what I did not understand God also showed me through updated videos sent by a pastor that I follow (Deon Allers).  And most of my questions were answered there.  I then went and did some more digging and remembering all the other videos that I’ve watched from Amir Tsarfati and Chad from Watchman on the Wall 88.

Amir spoke and translated what the Hamas and protestors around the world are chanting with their protests… “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”.

Today, 26th of October, Deon posted a video of the peaceful demonstration which I saw on our traffic group.  It was a group of people protesting for Palestine.  Chanting… “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”  And then it hit me… I need to go look at the location where I hit the dove.

The yellow arrow is where the sea flows into a canal / river.  The orange arrow is where I hit the bird.  The bird came out of the direction from purple arrow.  So from out the corner of my eye it came out of the direction from the canal / river and turned with the sea at it’s back.

For the Christians a dove symbolizes freedom (one of the symbols).  So, I came to the conclusion that as the dove came out of “nowhere” and hit me, killing it.  Our trouble or refining process (separating the sheep from the goats) will come unannounced and unexpected.  Unfortunately for some it will have devastating effects.

South African’s have this stigma that we are untouchable and that we are somehow superior.  Every single South African needs to start realizing that we are not untouchable for God’s rath and we are most definitely not superior.

We, as Christians, need to make sure that we are rapture ready.

Most importantly, we need to pray for the people of Israel.  We need to ask God to keep them (His people) save and for repentance.

Shalom
